During my travels through Asia, I discovered my passion for the great teachings of the East.

There I was trained by well-known teachers in various massage techniques to become a certified Ayurveda and yoga therapist. I combine the Asian methods with Western manual therapy, according to Dorn, Breuss, and use scripts. I started my massage work in India. I am convinced that body, mind and soul are in constant communication. Our experiences manifest reliably on a physical level in chakras, muscles, fascia, joints and energy pathways. Ayurvedic massages, pranayama, mindfulness exercises and yoga help to reactivate the self-healing powers and relieve tension. This is how you learn to actively influence your health positively
